If your newspaper arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. Email a photo of the damage (or just tell us it never showed up) to [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. You don’t need to send the sheet back — keep it, give it away, frame it anyway. Just email [email protected] with your order email address.
Orders ship July 31 from France. Until then, you can cancel any time for a full and immediate refund — email [email protected].
